CoolLeads is for business use by commercial contractors. By signing up you confirm you're acting on behalf of a business.
Leads come from official city open data (Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles). We filter, normalize and score it, but the cities publish it, it can be incomplete or out of date, and we don't guarantee accuracy or that any lead becomes work. Scores and suggested pitches are opinions, not facts.
The cities do not endorse CoolLeads and are not affiliated with us. Don't represent CoolLeads leads as coming from or approved by a city.
We remove individual names. You agree not to use CoolLeads to identify, profile or contact private individuals, and to follow applicable marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA) when you reach out to businesses.
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. After that, plans are $49/month for a single city or $129/month for all cities, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.
Don't resell or republish the digests in bulk, scrape the service, or share your account outside your company.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
